About Receiving Details

Dear customer, as the lighting fixtures are fragile items, we will carefully package them for safety before sending them. In rare cases, damage may occur due to logistics violence. Please open the package and conduct a thorough inspection before signing for it. If any damage is found, please refuse to sign for it and request a “damage certificate” from the logistics carrier. Please provide us with pictures of the damaged product, keep the outer packaging of the product, and contact us promptly for handling; If any damage is discovered only after signing for the package, please take a video of the package being opened, showing the damaged products inside the package and the damaged package, as well as displaying a clear logistics waybill attached to the outside of the package. Please provide us with these videos, and we will actively handle them for you.
